There is no doubt we are entering a new era of hypercars. The previous generation gave us the Ferrari Enzo, the Porsche GT and Pagani Zonda. This era moves away from natural aspiration to advanced hybrid hypercars. The Porsche 918 Spyder is one of the most advanced and seems to annihilate all the misconceptions us purists had about hybrids ruining cars forever. This things goes like a  bat out of hell and makes an amazing race car noise while looking modern and pure.

Besides the 918 Spyder’s incredible acceleration on the straights, Sutcliffe was stunned by the pure speed it can carry on any type of corner thanks to the massive levels of grip it develops, as well as by the car’s handling and steering precision.
