REV TO THE LIMIT
This one is close to my heart. I grew up in an era of Nissan GT-R mania. First the R32 and then the R33 editions were all released as I was growing up. Then came the R34 (which I didn't care for). Finally after a hiatus, Nissan introduced the new generation Nissan GT-R in 2007 and they haven't looked back.
The GT-R is a full-fledged and wildly capable supercar rocket. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The Nissan GT-R puts to shame cars two or three times its price. To quote Mizuno (the cars creator) “In a single phrase: anyone, anywhere, anytime,”. Check out the write up here

The 2012 LotusExige S is the latest incarnation of the company’s most focused road car. Alongside the staggering power to weight ratio, the Lotus Exige S has a completely new exterior and interior look and feel. The new supercharged 3.5-litre V6 engine (345bhp and 295lb ft of torque) is channelled through a six-speed manual gearbox to the rear wheels. Add sticky tires, a stiff chassis and lots of Lotus team handling magic and this is one special car.
Just like the outgoing model, the Exige S’s straight-line speed is staggering as is its ability to carry that pace through corners. It is just mind-blowing. Despite being heavier than an Elise, the Exige S has the same agile character and its extra width and fat tyres help to give tremendous grip. A must have for the enthusiast.
